Holiday Maker has organised events for the Hans & Associés group on numerous occasions. We used to handle the organisation of board meetings and company seminars in house. But this process proved resource-intensive (in terms of time, personnel, etc.) and generated a lot of stress! Since we’ve entrusted the planning of our internal events to Holiday Maker, we are much more relaxed.

We receive relevant assurances that leave with complete peace of mind. We know that whatever happens, the agency is always on top of things and very responsive. Issues and little “hiccups” are very rare because everything is anticipated and planned for. In short, the whole process is extremely comfortable for us! Generally, I provide information about the desired programme (a 3-day trip with 2 work meetings and 3 team-building activities for instance), then we receive proposals and solutions adapted to our specific needs.

The agency has worked with us on several trips: Vienna, Rome, Alicante, even Romania! Holiday Maker’s strengths are numerous, but if I had to sum them up in a few words: they are responsive, professional and have a fantastic network of partners, both in Alsace and abroad. It’s wonderful to be able to rely on such a competent team and not to be under pressure anymore!
